- LBD will handle all vendor communication throughout the entire wedding planning process

- Preparation of your vendor Production List - This ensures all vendors are on the same page regarding set up times, breakdown etc.

- Assist and manage site tours, selection and booking of ceremony and reception venue(s) along with proper floor plans.

- Help with finding and booking suitable professional vendors that fit your style. We will schedule appointments and accompany clients to all meetings per vendor category.

- The LBD Vendor List - In this package, you will contact and handle all of your vendors until one month before your wedding. At that time, Little Black Dress Events takes over vendor communication.

- Ceremony planning, Processional, Recessional, and placement

- Baraat Planning and Coordination

- Preparation of rehearsal and wedding day timeline as a timeline to be provided to client and vendors

- Final walk-through with client at selected sites

- Collection and inventory of wedding items to be set up on wedding day. Such as candles, photographs, guestbooks, wedding favors etc.

- Preparation of your Wedding Day Timeline

- LBD handles all vendor communication (beginning one month prior to the wedding)

- Rehearsal at the ceremony site (up to two hours)

- Final Vendor Payment & Gratuity Delivery
